I love, love, love this recipe. It has really good flavors and is good for you. It makes a good summer recipe with all the fresh veggis in it. You could also make it to take on a trip to the mountains to be cooked on a camp fire. I learned how to make pesto in order to create this recipe, pesto is super easy and could be used on so many things, so even if the recipe does not suite you try the pesto in your own cooking, it's good.
