I just bought chicken breasts at the store for a good price but
don't intend to use them for a while. So I
flayed them and put each
piece in its own
zip lock bag with a splash of water and pounded them out with a frying pan to thin them. Then place them into the freezer to be used at a later date. I am going to use them next week to make Pesto Italian Flag Chicken. Yum, Yum.
