Banana Bread

This bread is to die for. My sister-in-law and I made it last week and I have made it twice since. It has buttermilk in the recipe which makes it really moist. I made it for my family and they are begging for more. It's delish so try it out.

Cheddar and Herb Biscuits

Another winner in my home from Mels Kitchen Cafe. I have had this recipe for about 2 weeks and have made it 3 times already. These make a great side dish to any meal and they are really easy to make. I usually have all of the ingredients on hand too.

Frittata Nests

This is a really good breakfast or even a brunch. They are cute little egg nests and they taste great too. Frittata nests are a great way to get your kids to eat veggies.

Orange Chicken

This recipe is DELICIOUS, that's right DELICIOUS. The chicken is baked and not fried so that's a plus. BTW I learned from Rachael Ray that you can keep your unused ginger in the freezer for later, this is a really good tip because a little ginger goes a long way. For those of you who are not familiar with ginger it is a root that you can buy at the grocery store in the produce section. You just grate a little off when you need it. It has a very strong flavor so one root lasts forever. I hope you enjoy this recipe, it was a real winner in my house.

**All the credit goes to My Kitchen Cafe for sharing this wonderful recipe**

Pesto Chicken Packets

I love, love, love this recipe. It has really good flavors and is good for you. It makes a good summer recipe with all the fresh veggis in it. You could also make it to take on a trip to the mountains to be cooked on a camp fire. I learned how to make pesto in order to create this recipe, pesto is super easy and could be used on so many things, so even if the recipe does not suite you try the pesto in your own cooking, it's good. BTW- make sure you proses the pesto, not posses it even though you may want to:) Sorry about the typo.

Pepperoni Calzones

I will post a picture of these next time I make them. Print this recipe out as an 8 1/2 x 11.

Calzones are good to make for a group because you can accommodate to everyone by adding there favorite pizza toppings. I have also made these in whole wheat which is just as good. Just substitute the white flour for wheat and prepair the same way.

White Chicken Chili

This soup is super easy and really good. I usually make double and place half of it in the freezer for later. If you do, make sure not to put corn chips in the half for the freezer because they will be soggy when you reheat it.

Italian Flag Chicken

This is a personal favorite. It is really good to entertain with. The chicken is tender and delicious.

Cran-Raspberry Butter

My kid's love, love, love this. They want to eat it on anything and everything. Real healthy, I know. Make sure you hide it in your fridge or your kids will be eating it with a spoon like it's yogurt. We ate it on nice warm rolls, very delicious! Again feel free to print out the picture. I got this recipe from Fashionably Foodie.

Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps

You have got to try this if you love Asian food, you have to try this even if you don't. Just print out the photo as an 8 1/2 x 11 and cook away. You can find all these ingredients at the regular grocery store.
